To assure the safety of all children in our care, extensive background reference and fingerprint/criminal record checks are made, and careful interviews with several staff members are essential. If a job offer is made, intensive training is required of all employees with direct contact with children.

CURRENT OPENING(S):
Teaching Parents
Christian couples who work two weeks on duty as houseparents in a cottage, then off duty for two weeks.
Child Care Workers
Individuals who work in the cottage with the kids assisting the teaching parents. The schedule is four 10 hour shifts, then 3 days off.
Therapist
Master's level therapist needed to work with children on our residential campus in Wooster, OH. Applicants must be licensed, independent licensure preferred.
