Christian Children’s Home of Ohio (CCHO), an established trauma-informed mental and behavioral health agency serving youth and families in North Central Ohio, is pleased to announce Kevin Engle as our new director of development. Kevin will also serve as a member of the agency’s executive team.
Kevin comes to CCHO from The University of Akron Wayne College in Orrville where he served as Director of Development and Assistant to the Dean for almost 20 years. While working at the university, he was dedicated to building relationships and providing direction for fundraising objectives.
“We are excited to welcome Kevin Engle to the Christian Children's Home of Ohio family as our new Director of Development,” said Kevin Hewitt, CCHO President & CEO. “Getting to know Kevin, his character, his faith, his humor, and his experience in development has been a pleasure, and we look forward to him leading our Development Department to new heights.”
Connecting with our broad donor community made up of individuals, churches, businesses, and foundations is a priority at CCHO. This vital relational work will continue and grow under Kevin’s guidance so that more youth and families can experience their worth.
“I am delighted to be part of the CCHO Team,” said Kevin Engle. “I look forward to working with our many partners that provide the resources and fuel for this ministry. I know CCHO is doing a noble and important work in the communities we serve. Lives and families are transformed because of the work of this organization.”
Kevin looks forward to meeting donors and community partners on a tour of our Wooster residential campus or at an upcoming event including the agency’s annual Heart for the Home benefit on Saturday, March 18 at Greystone Event Center.
Please join us in giving Kevin a warm welcome!
