Summer events update

CCHO and our family of ministries continue to monitor health regulations with regard to COVID-19. We will follow these guidelines closely for the safety of our clients, staff, volunteers and guests. Here’s up-to-date information regarding the Great Grill Off and Caring 4 Kids Golf Classic.

The 8th annual Great Grill Off will not take place on our Wooster residential campus, and we will miss seeing you and our amazing grill teams in person. However, as tasty food brings joy, we will be hosting a virtual version of this community favorite event including an online auction.

We are working with grill teams from previous years on special burger offerings available for purchase at their restaurant locations. We encourage you to support these restaurants especially in this difficult season.

We will also be passing along our favorite burger recipes from years past and today. Grill season will go on, even if it’s in our own backyards, and we want you to have the most scrumptious options to wow your family.

Our online auction includes a variety of great packages from area businesses. We are grateful for their support and hope you will find a treasure for yourself or a loved one as you bid to help kids overcome trauma.

More details to come here on the CCHO blog as well as greatgrilloff.com. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we hope to bring you a fun event during this tough time.

Plans are currently moving forward with our 26th annual Caring 4 Kids Golf Classic and look forward to seeing you in August. As health information unfolds, our annual golf classic may be modified for safety reasons.

Look for event updates on this blog and facebook.com/cchohio.
